“Our music is about the shared human experience—the good, the bad, the messy and the beautiful. It’s about recognizing that everyone has a story and creating a space where people can come together, feel something and enjoy the moment.”

The Black and Blue Hearts

What to Expect and Bio

Not the same cover band again...built on the vibes of your favorite Rock, Reggae, Ska, Punk and Alternative Music

Are you booking the same cover band...you know, same songs, same thing as last weekend, different people on stage.

Live Music With Heart, Soul & Something to Say

The Black and Blue Hearts is built around a simple idea: we all have black and blue hearts - beaten, broken, bruised and sometimes ripped in half, our individual stories may not always be visible from the outside. The Black and Blue Hearts is a musical banner of unity—a reminder that we’re all carrying something, and that a little more empathy can bring us closer together.

THE SOUND

The Black and Blue Hearts captures the spirit of bands like Bob Marley, Toots and the Maytals, The Specials, Madness, The Clash, Reel Big Fish and Rancid along with choice original tunes into a versatile and energetic live set designed to keep a room engaged while creating  an experience people remember.  Delivering the vibes of pivital music scene's like Jamaican ska and reggae of the 60's and 70's, London punk in the 70's and 80's and soCal punk ska and alternative music of the 90's and beyond
